How to Information for Free - How to Make Solar Panels
Building your own solar panel can be a path to energy independence. There are at least three reasons to make your solar panels is such an attractive option:
- You can build in your home or garage.
- You can source all materials with ease.
- Having your solar panels to generate your own electricity. With the construction of the panels enough, you no longer need to write monthly checks for the utilities to purchase electricity!

These are important steps for the creation of solar panels. Note: For this project, from 36 solar cells, a sheet of thermoplastic material, and the ABS sheet, connecting cable, soldering and welding gun:
- Collect a series of solar cells in one place and use the multimeter (voltage measurement device) to measure the output voltage of each DC. (Be sure to place the cells near a light source to do this.) The power of negative test is negative or black wire (usually the front of the phone). Meanwhile, the positive wire goes to red wire.
- Separate the cells in increments of 0.5 volts (groups) as a measure of each.
- Each group of cells (which represents 0.5 volts) will be a solar panel.
- Connect each group of cells, together with the cables in the box. You must add the tubes for any length of cable - for the last 5.25 cm from each end.
- Solder the wires in each terminal block in front of each solar cell.
- Once they are all connected to each sandwich, 36 cells in a protective welding thermoplastics such as ethylene and vinyl acetate.
- Connect the cells to form a sheet of white ABS with an extruded acrylic rod.
It is strongly recommended to connect the solar panel to a new check box that will protect you from receiving a reverse charge current from a battery or other power source connected.
