The company should also provide on their website a Certificate of Analysis. This shows the batch your oil comes from with the amounts (if any) of detectable toxins.

You should also check your oil is rich in omega 3 fatty acids as these provide most of the benefits. You want at least 50% in your oil with a higher amount of DHA omega 3 fats. The DHA fats are the most powerful and effective and most supplements today have more of the less useful and cheaper one called EPA.
