Operating process:
Method1
While charging the lithium battery by (AC100V-240V) or computer USB, indicator light turns red, and takes approx 4 hours to fully charge the battery, & when battery is fully charged the indicator light gets off.
Method2:
Open the fold way charger and put it toward the sun, the solar panel begin to charge the lithium battery and red indicator light turns on & takes approx 10 hours for attaining the full charge & then the red light gets off.
When the lithium battery gets fully charged after following one of the above two methods , it can charge the devices or digital products .While charging the devices the red lampcontinuously works.

Trouble shooting:
Protection circuit is designed, when overload and short circuit happen, the output voltage will be cut down. To recover back charge the charger by (AC100-240V) for several seconds or put the charger under sun light to revive the output again.
