When fully charged, the Apple Peel's 800mAh battery offers nearly five hours of talk time and 120 hours of standby use.

The Peel is designed to wrap around Apple's (News - Alert) iPod Touch. Once special software has been installed, users can make and receive voice calls and text messages on the iPod Touch, just like they would the iPhone (News - Alert). The only problem is that the Peel will not work with the new iPod Touch 4G, although a compatible version is in the initial stages of development.
