Solar energy has low economically cost as you don't have to ship the sunlight anywhere and the only section of solar power that might cause a small amount of pollution comes from actually making the solar panels, and this is still minimal.

Many governments and electric companies offer incentives to those who are interested in converting to solar energy. Government s will refund part of your installation fees and you can earn credits or be paid for any energy excess energy that you feed back into the system. You can actually run your whole home or building off of solar energy if you have back up batteries for night time and very cloudy days. There has not been much research conducted on photovoltaics so expect some great improvements over the next few years. It soon will become very convenient and smart to use solar energy and may just be what we need to use to help save the planet
