AP1001-19E is fantastic Eco Drive Moon Phase watch from Citizen. This watch is a solar-powered watch equipped with a solar cell in the watch dial that converts light energy into electrical energy to power the watch. This watch is a multi-hand watch that displays the date, day and month using hands of the watch. The dial of this Citizen watch is three dimensional and deeply textured for a rich and graceful appearance. The applied numbers display above the dial. The date hand is curved with a unique sunburst pointer at the end that points to each numerical date.

Even the moon phase dial shows the 29 and 1/2 day rotation periods. This black dial of this watch is really beautifully designed. The caliber number of this watch is 8651. The water resistant of this Citizen Eco Drive watch is 100 m i.e. 300 feet below sea level for limitless versatility in wear. The mineral glass crystal of this watch is gently curved and it is very scratch resistant and coated with a special non-reflective coating for perfect visibility. The hour and minute hands are luminous. This watch has Black Leather strap.

This Citizen Eco-Drive watch also has Insufficient Charge Warning function i.e. when the watch becomes insufficiently charged; the second hand begins 2-second interval movement to indicate that the watch is insufficiently charged.  This Citizen watch features overcharging prevention function.

When the secondary battery becomes fully charged as a result of exposing the watch dial to light, the overcharging prevention feature is activated automatically to prevent the battery from being charged further. Consequently, there is no degradation in the performance of the solar cell or secondary battery no matter how often the watch is charged. This lets you expose the watch to light without worrying about overcharging. Operating temperature range is -10°C to +60°C/14°F to 140°F.
